Join us on our walk to raise funds in support of Capuchin Family Ministries summer programs to provide aid to the underserved in Hudson Valley, NY and Appalachia.

Funds raised will support Capuchin Appalachian Mission and Summer Outreach programs:
- Supplying basic necessities, including clothing and household and school supplies to those in need.
- Conducting children’s ministry: children, our teen team, and our staff have a blast at Vacation Bible School, sharing through skits, games, and snacks.
- Visiting, socializing, and engaging in recreational activities with senior citizens, to alleviate loneliness and isolation.
- Repairing homes for residents who do not have the means for necessary home improvements.
- Building, assembling, and installing bunk beds for needy children.
The Heart & Sole Capuchin Walk-a-Thon aims not only to raise funds but also to raise awareness about the impact of poverty on the lives of our brothers and sisters in the Hudson Valley and beyond.
Here’s how to get involved:
- Decide whether you will participate individually or with a team and register.
- You will receive a registration email confirmation with a link to create a fundraiser. Click the Start a Fundraiser button to create a personal or team fundraiser. Select a name, upload a picture, set a goal and a custom message.
- Start spreading the word. Once you set up and verify your fundraiser, you will receive a custom link to share with your team and supporters and use to track your progress.
Registration is $25 for individuals ($20 for early birds!) and includes a T-shirt, snacks, fun, and games.
